I am a trained mental health clinician who has been providing counseling sessions to individuals across the lifespan since 2017. Therapeutic modalities of focus are Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and trauma-focused interventions. Areas of speciality include providing service to children, parents, and individuals with Autism. Session formats are exclusively virtual at this time and provided to children aged 6+. 

 

Service with myself begins with a 1hr assessment session, followed by a 15 minute feedback session approximately 1 week later. These feedback sessions allow me to share my clinical formulation and plan, and to allow you the opportunity to decide if I am the right therapeutic fit to help you achieve your goals. A timeline for treatment will be proposed, as I strongly believe that therapy should be a tool in your toolbox and not a permanent fixture in your life. My job is to get you 80% of the way, where you feel capable and ready to tackle the final 20% on your own.

 

Sessions are offered in 30min (pediatric clients only), 60min, and 90min intervals. I will make recommendations as to what I feel would be most effective, however, you are able to choose the session length you prefer, at a frequency you desire. 

 

We offer direct billing to insurance, however, some restrictions may apply and will be assessed on an individual basis. Credit card and e-transfer are also accepted. Fees on a sliding scale are available.

 

Clients under the age of 12 must have the consent of a parent or guardian.
